No matter how Girl Meets World goes(rather good or bad) I just hope I don’t start seeing Riley and Maya as Disney’s version of Carly and Sam 2.0 since right now their personalities and even the looks/fashion sense match each other.I know GMW is suppose to be opposite gender bmw swaps, but, with iCarly ending just a few years ago I can see the comparisons happening already. Especially since Shamus’s description has him as a “freddie” type character (friends with both girls, butts heads with one girl, defended by the other, etc)
I hope I’m wrong and they all have tons of differences but I just have a feeling they’re going to be comparable as they’re now.
KCA 2014 Favorite Animated Animal Sidekick nominees
Perry the Platypus
Nickelodeon actually could have nominated Victorious since iCarly was put on the list after it was done and over but that would have opened a new can of drama and either way they went(either putting it against S&C or not having S&C on the list) would have been bad for them.
That’s why you see Sam&Cat(the new show) getting nominated so quickly for a KCA.
If this site is correct, Nickelodeon may have their upfronts March.13th
Disney isn’t listed as of yet(they usually have one too)
Edit: Would Disney be included with ABC Family since they’re owned by Disney? if so, it may be March.18th unless Disney Channel hasn’t picked a day yet for an upfront.
Maybe that’ll be when we hear some news/airdates/new shows/etc
Haven’t been keeping up with ratings (since hardly anything plays new / the holidays and such) but Nick’s new show Ever Witch Way premiered to about 2.0
Anon(submitted):Have you seen Dan’s new website? Danwarp.com
Me:Nope, I didn’t even know he had a site now(perhaps I missed it on Twitter, or did he just not announce it?).I just checked the link you gave me and he does(http://www.danschneider.com works too). It’s very late though. He should have released this years ago.
The ratings for Nick’s Jinxed and DIsney’s Jessie/GLC crossover came out. From what I was told Nick actually counter programmed Disney’s crossover but it looks like a bad idea on their part.
Ratings came out today and Jinxed only got 3.185 while Jessie/GLC crossover got 5.788
Cable Top 25 has Spongebob all over it again.
